I contacted a while back about a dog near me being lose ran over and jumped on me twice. The owners just yelled for it. It has come over again since then. I'm legally blind so could not s Iiee the house number it was at. I was with a casemanager today she saw that particular dog and another lose again. People were with it. They should have a back yard with entrance/exit as well to take dogs to. The house number is 1821. I fear for the safety of my senior cat when outdoors with her too. Or, if she runs outside when door is open. Plesse, do not disclose who has reported l to I fear they may enter my home to harm my cat in retaliation when not home.

This is Rebekah Deckard responding to the email on people making it difficult for me to get in vehicles of those who come to pick me up to go places to not only being physically disabled but legally blind. I attempted to reply to the email on there being a parking pad cancaretakers (I have help besides caretakers. Ex: rides to church) not pick me up there. I am certain I stated how all park in the front to the house being on the corner intersecting with two roads it is on a slope/ hill. So the driveway is very difficult for me. When some have parked there (to my front entrance of sidewalk very close to it being blocked basically) the door of the passenger side I am in almost shuts on my leg. I am also 4'10" so this makes things more difficult to most do not have smaller lower sitting vehicles I can just step out of.. in fact sometimes I must use a step stool type device to get into the vehicle. As well as the steps to enter the back pose a risk of my falling. I request others not use the back entrance to the storm door is off balance so it does not close properly. Despite maintenance trying to remedy this. Again, I was certain I stated why I do not use the entrance with the driveway in my original contact. As stated already as well, I tried to reply to the email on thisbonnthe 22. It was returned to me.ni have had medical appointments the past two days so had no time to be online much. I'm a physically disabled and legally blind single woman on own who gets help regularly from caretakers, others. They oftentimes take m places as well. I have mobility issues not only to my vision but also to my varied forms of arthritis so it is diffu for me to walk. Though I have a driveway in the back of my rental house to it being on a hill with steps to access the driveway my caretakers, others who help me park in the front to make it easier for me. I'm aware it is city street parking but others have continually parked very close to my house in the front making it very difficult for my help to park to be accessible for me to enter their vehicles. There is a sewer drain that the help often have to park on in order to park in front of my house. I have contacted the off site management on the matters they are going to do nothing to is city streets unfortunately. Thank you very much

I really don't want to cause trouble with neighbors I actually fear doing so but there's one on my street that seem to let their dog lose. I'm physically disabled and legally blind. Have a 19 year cat gas health problems too. Is considered a esa as well. I take outside on leash. I'm not only concerned for her but myself. The dog ran over to me when outside once. Jumped on me. The people yelled for it but did no act quickly. It ran back to them but came back jumped on me again. My cat loves being outside so tries to get out on own. She did once. I was able to get her in quickly but if that dog had been out it may have killed her. If this happens I don't think I'll be able to handle it! Please, investigate. Thank you

They do not take care of their yard. Weeds are tall & they have a junk car in driveway full of thrash & junk.

The map says 1600 W 11th but the actual address is 1514. It's the northwest corner of the intersection. It hasn't been mowed in months and violates the city growth ordinances. Please do something about this. Thank you.
