Hello. We submitted requests and called a few times in the past asking for help to repair the sidewalk. The ditch is now about 40 cm deep and over 1 meter wide. We can't walk on it; we can park on it. We need to jump from the street to the stairs to be able to get into the house. Zero zone for disability acceptance. Will the city help us fix it? The location is on the walking path where Fourth Street would be, between Jefferson and Roosevelt. Water is draining from a yard on the north side of the path and down the path. It's been like that for about a week, so I wonder if something is leaking. The intersection visible in the photo is Fourth and Roosevelt.

Neighbor has put gravel down at 324 N Roosevelt St which is causing flooding issues with stormwater at 319 N Roosevelt St.
There is a hole that goes below the street in the first white line of the crosswalk on 3rd by Lincoln Street on the side that is closest to the Boys and Girls Club.
