When turning south from 15th street to N Madison Street, there is a bush that makes it difficult to see the southbound traffic on N Madison Street. This creates a hazard when completing this turn. If possible , please trim or remove this bush. Thank you!

915 N Rogers Apt A5 has a dog. It does not come outside. Ever Yes I have reported to the office manager aty apartment complex but I'm sure they can only do so much. The lady that lives there hasn't lived there only a few months. Middle size dog/ male My concern is the animal is not taken outdoors to use restroom, Concerned for the physical health of the animal.

I am a second floor resident in 1015 N Rogerd St, and share a concrete balcony with other residents on floor 2. I have concerns about the safety of the balcony, especially near my door (Apt 12C). The balcony had a significant dip towards the middle, the railing is wobbly & loose, the balcony itself creaks and shifts when you walk on it. When you walk on the balcony, it shakes and moves. It has seemed to get worse over time. I have also noticed, when looking on the first floor, that one of the support beams is totally rotten (that is the attached photo). My landlord's property management company (Town Manor Real Estate) conducted an inspection on all the apartments a month ago, and it was not noted. This is a safety concern for me, and every guest that I've had notes being concerned about the balcony. Today, my neighbors were using rent-a-center as a service and the employees were uncomfortable walking on the balcony as well, testing where the creaks and shifts happened.
Near the property line between 1001 N Woodburn and 304 W 14th st (about a block west of ureport 212156), the sidewalk is nearly completely blocked by vegetation. The vegetation includes thorns and poison ivy. This is a chronic / annual condition. Last fall, I cleared it myself. Thanks for your attention!
220 W 14th St vegetation still partially blocking sidewalk. This location has been the target of recent enforcement action (most recently, ureport #211885). But the tree is still partially blocking the sidewalk. The tree overhangs the sidewalk by about 8 inches as it is today. If enforcement is going to succeed then compliance must be complete before a violation is released. This level of compliance has taken at least 7 months (see ureport #207090 from last december). Since the tree has at no point stopped impinging upon the sidewalk, every day during the growing season its impingement grows. It is non-compliant today and it will be more non-compliant before the first new complaint is fielded and then it will have grown several feet into the sidewalk by the time enforcement has any effect again. I can only stress that at no point in 2026 has this property been in compliance.
