There is a car in the parking lot that has not moved from its spot for months. The car has a parking permit that expired at the beginning of October.

Blacktop on the hill in the alley is giving out on the edge. I think this needs repairs and a guard rail put up on the west side. The big commercial trash trucks are the culprit I believe. Thank you for your consideration.
