Customer called asking why he is being billed fire protection on his irrigation meter. I explained to him it was a charge that has always been there it is now broken down separately. He says he pays it on his domestic meter and shouldn't have to pay it on his irrigation meter. I told him I would forward on his comments. He did want some else to call him back.

missed pick-up/recycling:
Jason/Dirk /faxed ddh/other/other: Washing machine-had it out yesterday for large item - we didn't pick it up-had a freiend bring it to the back of her house & she talked to the crews this a.m. they stated that they would see what they could do. She cannot bring it back up front by herself. There are 2 alleys that cross at the back of property.
