Our tap water is coming out of our sink with considerably less pressure than normal, and is an opaque white color. The water clears up in a few minutes and there is no lasting sediment, but it's happening with cold and hot water which is not normal for our house. We've recently had a snow plow get stuck on the fire hydrant outside of our home - not sure if that would be connected at all to this problem as the hydrant doesn't appear damaged. all of building c hasnt had hot water in a week and a half. i have children, we cant clean,cook or anything. they have NO real.answers about when it will be fixed. they said bottom of hot water heater rusted out from leaking water, buy a new one sooner than a week and a half now. legally this is child neglect. i cannot care for my one and 3 year old. cause of no proper water. this building is legally not livable. they should have put us in another unit or a hotel. til this resolved, my neighbor had a newborn and cant bring her home without a proper enviroment aka no water.

I know I'm supposed to find my new account number on my new bill to log into the new system to pay my utilities bill. I've waited a couple of months now, but haven't received a new utility bill (via mail). I got my account # via Alan Schertz and will pay as much of my utility bill as I can when I get paid tomorrow, but I just wanted to let you know I'm not receiving my bill anymore. Thanks!

I emailed a couple days ago about my service and having problems with my billing situations. I received one bill since I moved in and after I paid it i did not receive anymore. I was called and informed that I owe 140 odd dollars on this account, which i have no problem with since it is what is due. The only problem is the bill that I got for the first month at this location must have a different account number than where I am currently being charged because when I look up the balance it states zero. Is there anyway I can get my actual account number so I can pay this off. I tried to call today but the office was closed due to elections, but i would probably need my account number anyways to pay it. Dana Leann Mobley called questioning why she is being billed for wastewater. Claims she is on septic. However, upon review of CUBS acct, it appears that she was part of the SR 48 project and the State paid her connection fees. Nancy has previous knowledge of this acct. Please review and contact customer back at 336-1095. Her address is 5414 W SR 48. System couldn't find the address.
