I emailed a couple days ago about my service and having problems with my billing situations. I received one bill since I moved in and after I paid it i did not receive anymore. I was called and informed that I owe 140 odd dollars on this account, which i have no problem with since it is what is due. The only problem is the bill that I got for the first month at this location must have a different account number than where I am currently being charged because when I look up the balance it states zero. Is there anyway I can get my actual account number so I can pay this off. I tried to call today but the office was closed due to elections, but i would probably need my account number anyways to pay it. Trying to sign up online for E-bill and the option to do so is not available. I can log in, but then can see my bill, see my usage, etc., but there is no option for E bill. Please advise.

For the last year, our bill has been about the exact same every month -- and the usage being listed as "3." For some reason, this month it has all of a sudden jumped to SEVEN. This seems highly unlikely, given that it is the middle of winter (therefore no lawn maintenance, etc.), we have not had any additional people moving in with us, no change in habits, etc. I would like to have someone come out and reread our meter, as I believe this is a large mistake. Or at least some explanation of what might have happened here? To go from a $40-50 bill to an $85 bill with no explanation and no changes in our household habits is just crazy. Our address is 3540 S Wickens Street (I could not get the little "choose location" thing to work for me at all). Thank you.
