Trash in alley by Indiana Theater has piled up for month. Is terrible health hazard.
Request to check chlorine/lead/iron at IU Collins Hall. Filter salesperson is advising dorm residents city water is too high in chlorine & unsafe.
Dumpster between Indiana Theater & Uptown Cafe overflowing.
