Please help me to understand my water bill and why I am continuing to be charged. My name is Bob Schimp account # 33653-019 and own 522 Graham Place. Parker Real Estate manages the property and has continued to pay the utility bills sent to them. They have been instructed not to have the water turned on. The previous tenant was evicted and left a water bill of $159 and the water was disconnected for non-payment. In September or October I was working in the unit and a man from your office arrived and turned the water on, I immediately went to the office and asked for the water to be turned off. I was told the water would be automatically turned on and billed to me as the owner unless I signed a form at your office which I did (the signed form is on file in your office). The water is currently OFF and has not been turned on since being shut off for non-payment, even as you continue to bill me for water usage. Please under NO circumstances turn the water on as the condo has been remodeled with new carpet paint and kitchen fixtures. Until pressure checks are completed water leaks may damage the new construction. I also ask that you not turn on water until the arrears from the previous tenant is paid and I not be charged while the service has been disconnected.

Letter from Mr. Ludwig stated that he was gone two weeks last month and his bill was doubled. He talked to Angie Grubb who had check made for leaks. None were found. Mr. Ludwig wrote to USB to have bill lowered.
Letter was received from Mr. Hartung re. ofc. bldg. he owns at 441 Gourley Pike. He received bill for $733.69 and wants it checked for errors.
MS. TRITLE CALLED AND STATED THAT HER WATER HAD BEEN SHUT OFF AND WANTED TO TALK TO MIKE PHILLIPS.
Mr. Walters called. He received a bill that was too large and wanted an explanation.
Ms. Gregory talked to Kathy Grubb-Britton and indicated that her bill was in an excessive amount.
Ms. Basye called. Her utility bill for this month was in an excessive amount. She wanted an explanation.
Mr. Guerrettaz called and talked to Kathy Grubb-Britton. He received an excessive bill this month and wanted an explanation.
