Run each morning next to the mall and the Latimer woods and there have been homeless encampments in the wooded area of Latimer woods for 3-4 months now. This morning it had a more unusual foul smell than usual, like the smell of something/someone dead. There is broken glass and trash throughout the woods and coming out of that area as well

There are several spots along the Rail Trail (dirt/gravel section of the B-Line) where dirt has been dug up across the full width of the trail to build impromptu bike jumps. This has resulted is trip hazards and an uneven trail surface. I counted 2 spots where his had occurred during my visit yesterday. Can someone review and hopefully correct this please?

Someone has smeared either dog poop, human poop or mud on the drinking fountain at the trailhead for the rail trail off of country club. Yuk!

Bunch homless hanging out at public park not safe for children. Always needles and caps loud music

Someone has smeared what looks and smells like dog feces into both of the water spouts on the drinking fountain. I am not carrying sanitizer to clean it or paper to mark it, but it is clearly a public health hazard.

There is a unhoused group of people camping in RCA park at this location. They have tents and a stash of bikes. Two dogs tied up that bark at people along the trail and a campfire going as of the time of this report.
