Customer was complaining that there was water gushing down Fairfax Road by the Speedway. When CBU repaired the line, the pressure when the line was turned back on, blew his hot water heater.

There is a dumpster that is overflowing at the above address. The trash is in the street also. There is also tires sitting out at 408 E. Southern Drive.
Tenant lives in apt # 12 and she says that the dumpster for the complex is right outside her apartment and it has been overflowing with trash for about 3 weeks it is causing there to be rats, racoons and dogs all around this. She did notify the landlord when this was first a problem.
Wildwood Terrace on O'dell Dr. Dumpster is full of trash in the back and to the right. The dumpster is full of trash and has trash strewn around the area. Rodents are getting into it.

Bey checked recycling - bin contained uncleaned jars/cans, as well as food and other non-recyclable items. Bey also stated that there was garbage all over yard and sidewalk. Bey called McCormick and tried to explain how to properly sort items; McCormick told him to just leave the recycling alone and she'd move it. Bey requested it be forwarded to HAND
Ms. Pate believes that someone has attached an extention to a downspout and ran it to the end of the property line at 1212 S. Grant. The water that is coming from the downspout is running into her yard at 1208 S. Grant and flooding her basement. Please call Ms. Pate back to let her know if anything can be done.
Last month did not receive cable guide; subscriber called Insight and was told the guide had been replaced with a scrolling guide on channel 58. Noticed on bill he had paid $1.50 instead of $1.00 - was told he would be refunded on November's bill. He has been a cable customer since 1987, and he is disappointed with Insight.
