worried about the dum-pster under the wooden stair well that serves as the main means of egress for the building. Stop by her unit to have her sign the complaint.
Caller reported that several softball players have been driving cars & trucks and racing down bicycle path after loading & unloading equipment @ Bryan Park. Children and pedestrians were around. This is not the first time. Caller is very concerned and does not think any vehicles but City vehicles should be allowed to drive inside the park boundaries. He is worried that someone will get hurt.
A house located on the 1200 block of South Dunn has junk, trash, vehicles on blocks, rusted bulldozer, etc. Very unsightly--can't miss it.
Was originally AO#5947. Tree limbs down near the pond/gazebo as you enter Winston St from Sare Rd (3100-3200 block). Citizen thought they were City ROW, Street Dept. checked - not city, private property (common area). Would most likely be Homeowners Assn responsibility. Original AO dated 7/29/97.
