Kathy has two children in 4:00 tennis lessons. Her sitter takes them to the lessons (20 min. drive). On two different occasions they called the hotline and were informed the lessons were still on. Each time they had been cancelled. Also, after one lesson her children were given "verbal" notice of a makeup practice. She would appreciate "written" notice.
