The alley behind Mrs. Gwin, from 15th to 16th St, is over grown with weeds. Since 1940, she has always kept it mowed. She's 81, was just in the hospital, so can no longer do so. City crews have graveled and trimmed the rest of the entire alley from Walnut to Dunn, except the block behind her. She feels it's time for the city to take over this part of the alley too.

HER DESCRIPTION OF WORKER WAS THAT HE WAS WEARING A HAT, 35 - 40 YRS OLD WITH A TAN AND SCRUFFY LOOKING, WHICH FITS DESCRIPTION OF ANY NO. OF WORKERS.
