The house at the Northeast corner of Fess and Grimes Lane has trash in the side yard and the back yard.

Citizen says City Transit Bus got hung up in a "landscaped circle area" across from her house and made several ruts. Apparently this is some kind of common area or utility easement which she pays to have mowed. She would like the damage repaired so that the area can continue to be maintained.
