Trash stacked up by garage. Many bags left there for weeks before taken out. Dogs get into bags & trash gets scattered all over other yards. Concerned about rats being attracted to this.
Tenants at NE corner of 2nd & Washington (201 E. 2nd.) are filling the dumpster for 428 & 430 S. Washington St. (behind GoldCasters) Tenants were told to remove their garbage to no avail.
Ms. Albright called to complain that her water has tasted bad for 3 weeks. She that it tastes "moldy." Ms. Albright further stated that she lives close to the "Y," and the water tasted the same there.

Taste and odor of water is bad. Tests performed by Dillman Lab all indicate water is of good quality. May be related to turn over of Lake Monroe waters.
