ROAD CONSTRUCTION-UTILITIES DEPARTMENT SOUTH ROGERS STREET FROM THE RAILROAD TRACKS TO ROCKPORT ROAD. THERE ARE SEVERAL POTHOLES IN THE ROAD AND THERE IS A DANGEROUS DRIVING SITUATION BECAUSE DRIVERS ARE DRIVING IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE GOING SOUTH TO AVOID THE POTHOLES. WHY CAN THEY NOT PUT A TEMPORARY PATCH ON ROAD SINCE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN WORKING IN THIS AREA FOR THE PAST TWO TO THREE WEEKS. I RECEIVED SEVERAL COMMENTS FROM PEOPLE IN AREA REGARDING THIS PROJECT. Harmony School. Concerned that all doors except one are padlocked shut in evening when school rented out to various groups for meetings etc Groups sometimes number 75 or more. Concerned people would be trapped inside in the event of a fire.
