Vi took this call. Re: Men putting up new roof on house at NW corner of Hillside & S Madison - throwing old roofing material, nails into yard, street, sidewalk. Do they have a permit? Citizen says there is a utility cut right where Headley road curves around in front of Headley School (where Matlock becomes Headley). Says its been there for about a month and needs to be filled in. Believes it was City Utilities working there but not sure.
