I know this is a rental community i do not know what else to do however. The landlord either doesn't realize it's their responsibility or isn't concerned about the limbs hanging over the sidewalks in the community. I'm physically disabled and legally blind have home health care services. To problems with getting caregivers I've been forced to be home days at a time. I like to get out and walk however. To help my arthritis. For overall well being. The rather hilly terrain here is difficult enough for me. The limb issues are posing more of a risk to me unfortunately. I have had several eye surgeries despite wearing sunglasses when outside the limbs hanging still pose a risk of injury to my eyes. I had a severe infection from unknown means in past months that posed risk of losing the eye. If the city can do anything to enforce the management tend to the limb issues it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I am about to become the former rental resident of the 405 S Highland Ave home and I was reaching out as an inquiry on when to terminate my billing. Our lease has ended as of July 31st, and I wanted to reach out to see how I could confirm that as a rental resident, I am no longer being billed for after July 31st. Utilities hole from the fiber optic build left a round hole through the asphalt in the parking space. It is eroding under the street

Recently repaired hole in new Henderson pavement is already failing. The substrate has failed allowing pavement to collapse into it as it heats up. More than a simple patch is needed

The house next to mine has been unoccupied for years and they do not clean their side of the ally. Normally I wouldn’t care but folks have been running over our down spots and hitting our house because they swerve away from the access vegetation.

Hedge behind B-Line work out station needs to be trimmed. I believe it actually belongs to the owner of Auto Heaven (also on W Allen St). If it isn't his responsibility, then it probably belongs to the City. Either way, it is a mess and people are throwing trash into it on a daily basis.

Vehicle parked in the wrong direction along Walnut Street

Steel plate over man-hole drain has been dislodged and is a hazard to pedestrians using that sidewalk. There are actually two steel plates in the same area. Too heavy for me to lift and fix.

The intersection of E Dillman Road and S Fairfax Road is unsafe. Adding stop signs to S Fairfax Road, making this intersection an all way stop or adding all way traffic signals would be safer for both vehicles and pedestrians.
