Ms. Miller has a problem with water running into basement. Water coming from neighbors downspouts diverted underground near the hemlock trees. (912 Ballantine). Creates excess water at 916 and problems for neighbors down the street.
Grass needs cut on E. 3rd. St. north side of street going east close to church.
Weeds overgrown at corner of W. 15th & N. Jackson so high it's hard to see when turning east. Remax sign in yard w/Brian Lapin's name on sign. Remax has not responded to their request to address problem.
