SHOOK STATED THAT THE TWIN LAKES AREA HAS FLOODED, ESPECIALLY OVER STONE DRIVE AND WEIMIR ROAD. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM SINCE 1990. SHOOK STATED THAT THE TWIN LAKES AREAS WAS FLOODING NEAR HER RESIDENCE. SHE STATED THAT IT FLOODED ON STONE DRIVE AS WELL AS WEIMIR ROAD. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM SINCE 1990.
