Gul property is overgrown & continues to be a problem. City mows approximately once every 60 days & leaves weeds because homeowner claims city code only refers to "grass" which is ridiculous. Lawsuit already won by the city.
At approximately 612 N Walnut, owned by Rachid Maidi, there is a giant, abhorrent weed that's matured into a small tree. Please see that it is removed.
Refers to closed case 160504. 1807 E Second Street: Sorry to be a pest, but I wonder what action was taken,as reported in an email to me. Monday we had trash pick-up and the open trash cans are still there, just as they were last week. Also, the grass, especially on the right side of the house, has not been mowed and is getting wilder every day.

Received Email. Here is the text: Hello, We walk our children to school every morning down Hunter Avenue. The house on the northwest corner of Faculty and Hunter have extremely overgrown weeds blocking the entire sidewalk. Neighbors home at 916 W 6th St. 47404 seems to be vacant and the lawn has not been maintenanced since we moved in mid-July. This has lead to us receiving many chigger bites. Thank you for taking the time to address this.
Tenant's mother called. Stated the house next to 1406 Atwater has overgrowth and garbage near her daughter's window well. She is stated that is causing bugs to come into her daughter's room. She would like the house next door to be cited for overgrowth/garbage. Possibly not 1404 E. Atwater, but 1425 Hunter. She was not sure if it was to the west or south. I stated if it cannot be seen from public right of way, we cannot go on to property without permission. Would like a follow up call from inspector.
