Reporting for a citizen who called the Parks Department about neighbor's overgrown lawn at 719 West 11th Please investigate.
Vegetation is encroaching into the walking/running trail around Winslow Sports Park on both the east and west sides.
The property owner has left their property to become an overgrown yard all the way down to the city street. It is unsightly and dangerous, making it impossible for people (including children) to walk on the curb, difficult to see when driving a car. Weeds are several feet high and debris blows onto neighboring streets and lawns. This property has not been mowed this year, and appears worse than last year. Please do something about this ongoing problem, it's been getting worse!
See the picture. Property maintenance has not been performed since before the big storm. Callery pear in from yard has split and needs to be removed as well as needing a mowing..
Report number #192369 needs to be sent to HAND.
Revisiting closed cases #188519, 188925, 188988, all concerning 1709 E Circle Drive. Citations have been issued, but the yard is still as unkempt as it was (and worse) since it was first reported on May 19, 2024. Also, branches are still overhanging and hit my car antenna when I go around the curve towards Eastside Drive. If you give me a valid reason why this is acceptable, I will stop bugging you about these 2 things.
Yard overgrown, has not been taken care of for months.
Trees encroaching sidewalk. Also bamboo, for which this house has been cited is not abated, when will that be enforced?
There are massive Poison ivy and Chinese privet in their property and it grows over my house property. I tried to cut them my end but it always comes back
