When the new sidewalks were installed at the corner of Nota and Woodbine and on Nota, the irrigation system for 2300 E Woodbine was damaged in two spots. Pictures of the sidewalk repair and the invoice for repairs is attached.

Almost all street lights have been out at Oakdale apartments for months. It is almost completely dark around the entire apartment complex during the night/early morning. There are people walking around during these hours (some unhoused), and it seems like a safety hazard. Property management is aware & not responding to emails.
There are people living in a trailer powered by a very loud generator in a house without utilities at 703 W. 7th Street. Is there anything that can be done to remedy this situation? Yard torn up where Comcast did some work a couple months ago. I tried to get Comcast to take care of this but got nothing from them - even after many calls and promises that someone would get back to me. On two seperate occasions I got case numbers. # ECM 0020878893 and ECM 0020232690 and was even told after one of them to keep my line open because I would be getting a call right back. No call came. I have written down much of what has happened during this quest if you want more info. Trash has been scattered across the entire driveway for months with piles of more trash accumulating outside next to garage. Excessive growth to the point it looks like the movie setting for I Am Legend. After each storm large branches fall into street and are not picked up until neighbors just do it themselves. With the persistent amount of disregard to upkeep the outside it’s worrisome if there are hazards inside.
2nd St is trashed from S Walker Street to Buildings Trade Park. Recent construction did a terrible job patching their work, it’s hazardous in many places.
uReport Case #210299 Attn: Jeff Yutmeyer I want to re-open this case because when I went to the rear of my yard this afternoon, I saw that Xfinity/Comcast, cut the cable from my house and let it drop into the thorn bushes. This presents more of a fire hazard because there is a layer of dry leaves on the ground; the cable is still attached to the electrical pole.
