7th St has alternate street side parking. With the recent snowfall, cars on the parked side were boxed in, and snow on the no parking side was pushed onto previously cleared sidewalk, according to my renter. That mean it is full of ice clumps, making it impossible for she or me to remove. Can the city actually remove some of the snow for us - we know the first effort was to clear streets, but it impossible lift for a senior to clear twice the height of packed road snow on the sidewalk.

The property adjacent to me 922 North orris has a huge tree, that I have tried to get them to maintain for nearly 5 years. A week ago a woman that was at the property said there was a new property manager and she would have him call me. No reply. I am disabled and can no longer continue to trim this tree off of the adjoining sidewalk. The sidewalk goes over to the try North swimming pool. It runs between our properties. This tree is so overgrown it's branches get on my roof onto my property all the way down to the ground covering the sidewalk. If we did not constantly trim this you wouldn't be able to walk down the sidewalk to get to the pool or the school. I am so tired of trying to resolve this, I've told the people that cut the grass every week nearly for two years and nobody's done a damn thing. I'm hoping you can help and find out who needs to trim this back. I believe it's rented to disabled guy who's pretty much a recluse. Thank you

There is a Doberman that lives in Apartment 19. Not only does he lunge at other dogs but he also lunges at adults and kids. When they take him out side he has to wear a muzzle and if we are out side they either wait till we are in the car before they start walking inside with him or if we take our dogs out they wait till we move far away before going back inside. Well today July 30th while my sister took one of my dogs out he managed not only to get out of his harness but he also got either out of his muzzle or wasn't wearing it and he went after my sister and dog. My sister managed to get them into a different apartment door but barely. According to my sister the lady didnt try hard to get a control of him or grab him till he almost bit my dog and sister. We already sent an email to our landlord and are waiting for his reply. Not only do we have two dogs but we have 4 kids two of which are very little.

Gravel overflowing from tree plot into 7-line and sidewalk. This photo is at the parking lot for 215 N Washington St, but the problem exists along the whole block between walnut and washington. This is my 3rd report of this exact problem. Most recently, #205849. One of the property managers keeps adding more gravel even though it has been overflowing for several years already. The mythical street sweeping did not even remove the gravel already in the 7 line! It certainly cannot do anything about the continuin flow of gravel. Historical photos on google street view show that the properties on the eastern half of the block did not used to have loose gravel -- this is a new development and not grandfathered in. Regardless of what the original zoning mistake was, OVERFLOWING WAS NEVER AUTHORIZED. and: IF PLANNING CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, ENGINEERING AND PW HAVE AN AFFIRMATIVE DUTY TO MAINTAIN A SAFE ROW REGARDLESS OF THE FAILURES OF P&T. thanks!

Hello, The section of Washington between E. 3rd and E. 2nd was repaved some time ago. Originally, a bike lane was painted on this section of road. You can still faintly see where the original lane was and there are still biking symbols on the pavement indicating a bike lane. However, when the road was resurfaced, the final lines were not repainted. I bike on this stretch of road 2-3 times a day for my commute to work and for recreational cycling. I often see cars who drive as if there is no lane and block the entire road/ have no idea that bikes have a dedicated lane. Are there planes to come through and repaint the bike lane here? sidewalk is blocked along this stretch in a few places by overgrown bushes and ornamental grass. on the corner, the bushes are the responsibility of whoever owns the utility boxes they hide, along the road it's the houses behind the hedge.
