Unhoused individual living in white truck located in corner of parklot next to Dialysis business. Beware: She has a large dog with her. Truck also loaded up with recent dumpster diving. Been there a week now.
Mold infestation in bedrooms.
There is a mold infestation in the every one and apartment in the complex. The foundation and insulation of the apartment isn’t built correctly. There are moister and water leaks often.
For several years the yard and trees have been overgrown. Currently there is a tree that has fallen over the mailbox and into the street causing a hazard.
Yard not being mowed.

When driving west on 9th and stopped at Lincoln, it is really difficult to see on-coming traffic from the south because of two things. There are some plants out front that are too tall and completely prevent drivers from seeing unless they pull way forward, and at that point the car is already in the street and could get hit. Also, for some reason there is a huge deck in the front yard, the kind that really belongs in someone's backyard. Why are they allowed to have a deck right there that looks terrible and blocks view of oncoming traffic? It looks so trashy.
