Sidewalk is crumbling.
Sidewalk is crumbling.
One section of the sidewalk is just gravel.
There is a row of storage units immediately to the south of my apartment at Brandon Ct. There is a space between the units and a fence that is supposed to be maintained by Henderson Court. As you can see by the photo (I can provide more), it appears that unhoused people use it as a place to sleep. The area is strewn with trash, and mattress/foundation, and I would suspect that drug activity is or has occurred in the space. Furthermore, several packages have been stolen off of my stoop by occupants of this space. Clearly, this poses a health and safety hazard. I ask that the City investigate the area and assess fines and other sanctions against Granite, the listed property owners or managers. In addition to clean up and possible environmental remediation, I want the area secured in such a fashion that in the future no unhoused people can reoccupy the space. The Department may also need to contact Henderson Court for erection of a fence that denies access for the length of the fence that serves as the property line between Henderson Court and Brandon Court. The red light where the trail crosses the street is confusing. Most drivers do not understand when to stop or wait. I have often seen one lane stop while the opposite do not. I think a simple warning light or traditional stop light would be more efficient and less dangerous.
Vehicles parked on corner of 15th & N Fairview make it impossible to see around & forces traffic turning right from fairview onto 15th to be in the wrong lane & into oncoming traffic.
Pothole in street, also deteriorating along the middle of the street on that block.
Trash piled up in city bins in the back alley behind 319 N. Lincoln Street. Has not been emptied for nearly a year since the last tenants moved.
There is a what looks to be poorly made trailer not attached to a vehicle that has set for over a week in front of an Airbnb establishment
