Aggressive deer. Has been hissing at us (me and children). Just jumped our fence and ran at our dog, but then turn and ran off (and jumped back over the fence). I have video of it standing on opposite side of fence and hissing/stomping foot.

Hello, this driveway (the road that gets to tulip tree apt) has a lot of potholes and bad asphalt, it messed with the residents wheel alignment and it’s hard to drive - please please address it

Hi I have wrote about this situation on the road before, but it is not fixed yet. There is a lot of giant holes on the road and ir need to be filled! They are making the road so uncomfortable! Sincerely Maliheh

Part of a tree fallen blocking creek’s edge trail

There is a tree at the edge of the circle drive near our house that was struck by lightning a couple years ago and has died. I am unsure if this is in the city easement and would appreciate someone taking a look. The problem tree will be obvious from the road when entering the circle drive.

Overgrown yard and tons of trash by garage door that raccoons have gotten into. The overgrowth in the median turning on to busy Winslow road with a blind hill causes a dangerous driving crossing. This is an Airbnb so they should have plenty of $ to mow and remove trash
