The city never cleared the snow from the bicycle lane after the January storm. As a direct consequence, the melting piles of snow left mounds of debris when they melted – similar to glacial till. Please clear the debris from the bicycle lanes on N. College Avenue and N. Walnut Street, which has been there for nearly 3 weeks now.

The greenway trail connection between south Bline and Bryan street/broadview neighborhood has not been maintained. There is thick snow on the path. I fell while biking my son home from school. The sidewalk has a severe depression, due to faulty construction in 2024 or 2025. I reported this same problem seven months ago. (See Case #204111.) Nothing has been done to repair the sidewalk. Rain, snow and mud collect to such an extent that the sidewalk is often unusable – forcing pedestrians and bicyclists into a dangerous, high-speed street.

Given that the city cleared over a foot of snow from most city streets within 24 hours last month, perhaps they could somehow manage to clear the debris from the bicycle lanes on N. College Avenue and N. Walnut Street, which has been there for nearly 3 weeks now. Please don't dawdle like you did last year. Make it a priority.
