I walk through Switchyard Park on a regular basis, generally between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. I notice that the restrooms at Switchyard Park open at 10:00 a.m.; I urge you to consider opening them at 8:00 a.m. The park gets quite a lot of use, as early as 7:30 a.m., by joggers, bikers, skateboarders, pickle ball players, etc. Personally my wife and I have needed the restroom on several occasions before 10:00 a.m. Recently I saw a gentleman who appeared rather frustrated that the restrooms weren't open at 8:30 a.m. Please consider an earlier opening time. Several of the lights at the Winslow Park tennis courts are out, which makes playing at night less than ideal.

The music being played at the park shelter volume is not a problem, but the bass coming from there is rattling our apartment by the elementary school. Please put up a sign to keep the bass down or something to that nature. I am a diabetic, with frequent migraines. Sincerely, Caleb Thomas

The showers between locker rooms 3&4 barely work. The showers between locker rooms 1&2 work great, its frustrating as it seems like an easy fix.

The bathroom at the police substation were locked again at 10 am. This is a holiday and the courts were full, but the bathroom was locked. The inside door was open. You could see the bathroom but couldn't get in. This is not the first time this bathroom has been lock. Don't say to go to the other switchyard bathroom! By the time you get to this one it's a 10-15 minute walk to the other that might not be unlocked also. This is ridiculous. The pickleball courts were full and a few basketball players.

Both shower drains are badly backed up, to the point of nearly flooding the adjacent bathrooms.This is extremely unsanitary as well as flooding risk to the facility. This has been reported to staff a minimum of five times over the past several weeks but to my knowledge no action has been taken.

Frank Southern Ice Arena. Shower drain for locker rooms 3/4 is still clogged. Drain servicing locker rooms 1/2 has been cleared but drain for 3/4 is still backed up!!!

Our run club meets at 6pm Mondays and Wednesdays and leaves for our run at 6:05pm. The restrooms (scheduled to close at 6pm) typically close at 5:55pm. It would REALLY help our members out if those restrooms could stay open until 6:15pm on those nights of the week - Monday and Wednesday. Thanks!
