When I search for Winslow Woods Shelter for 9/21/2019 with starting time 8am, I get a result of "Unavailable." If I change the starting time to 12am, I get a result of "6am-11am Available." This is clearly incorrect behavior and has caused us continued confusion starting at least since Fall 2018.
This should be a high priority item for fixing, since it makes the reservation system very unreliable.
