Someone has dumped garbage at dumpster behind Salvation Army. Many receipts for Cathy's Diner (or 5th St. Diner) were left. This was all left at donation site, but obviously, rotten foot, and receipts and broken furniture were not donations.

JANICE, BLOOMINGTON HOUSING AUTHORITY, CALLED AND SAID THAT THE STORM DRAIN PIPE INTHE 1300 BLOCK OF W. 13TH STREET HAS ERODED INTO PIECES CAUSING A HAZARDOUS PROBLEM FOR THE RESIDENTS IN THIS AREA
