Minivans blocking sidewalk

There have been a huge group of homeless sitting and lying on the sidewalks in front of Timber Ridge. With school starting tomorrow, we don’t want our kids to feel unsafe waiting for the bus. They have become loud, messy and saying inappropriate things to those who walk by and to those who live here. Can someone please address this before school starts?

A porta potty and a large backhoe is blocking the sidewalk and the view to see if cars are coming and school starts Wednesday so this will make it hard for walkers and for the school bus driver to see around the corner.
