Hello , During the month of December 2024, there was utility work done on my property while I was away for the winter break. When I returned, there was 1.5 feet of snow; however, since it has melted, I have seen the damage that was done to my front yard - see the attached photos. There are two holes in my lawn (photo on right) and the crew stained my limestone walkway (photo on left). Can you please send the utility company to repair these damages as soon as possible? Per anonymous online complaint made to the Indiana Dept of Environmental Management - A neighbor is dumping large quantities of oil into his back yard. His name is Samuel Cummings. He is running a mechanics buisness out of his driveway and is dumping oil from cars into his backyard and alongside his driveway. This is concerning to me as I wouldn't want my garden or yard polluted. He is also using motor oil when burning trash in a large burn pit in his backyard. There is a foul odor present when he burns trash and the smoke and fumes pollute my backyard and the other neighbors backyard and patio. He has been burning trash and dumping oil for months.

Snow has been plowed into large piles on this portion of Allen, making it impassable. This is part of a bicycle greenway, but bikes cannot get through.

The walking paths around Bryan Park are sheets of ice. This is a heavily-trafficked area and incredibly dangerous to walk on. One must walk in the road (on busy Woodlawn) to avoid the ice, which is itself dangerous.

Sidewalks along South Woodlawn next to Carlisle Break & Friction are impossible to walk on due to snow. It's creating a very dangerous situation for pedestrians.

The sidewalks from Hillside down to the 1500 block of Walnut have not had snow removal according to Malhar Lakshman (848)467-6635. He is a student that takes the bus from Hillside and Walnut to class. He stated that there are many students walking in the street at this location.

The sidewalk in front of the old Players Pub is dangerous and icey. One of the businesses and a house in this same section of the street are also dangerously icey.
