VERY disappointed in the new sidewalk curbs at 4th and Indiana. The curbs are to high for handicap individuals trying to correct they have made a mess of the new sidewalk areas. One sidewalk has been chipped significantly trying to correct. Very poor job.

IU offices in the building to the south, employee called to complain about trash in the south side yard. He said you can see it from the IU property (521) or the alley. Owned by Bryan Rentals.
South-bound vehicles on Dunn cannot see oncoming east-bound traffic on 10th due to overgrowth of weeds on this property (NW corner of 10th and Dunn.)
