Potholes in the parking lot belonging to ws property group https://www.wspropertygroup.com/properties Have damaged my car at $280 for a tire replacement- would I have to seek compensation through them ? as the holes seem to have been there awhile causing unsafe conditions. I have currently left a message with them at 812.332.9575 (Wininger/Stolberg Property Group)

Pothole in parking lot at this address damaged my car - $280 tire replacement - can I be reimbursed by the owner of the lot or is this not the cities property- if no do you know who to contact? I have pictures
