I know when staff comes out to check out this parking complaint this car will no longer be here. Today is Saturday, and I'm pretty sure your department doesn't check on tickets on the weekend. This is extremely dangerous! I almost hit this vehicle turning off Henderson on to Wylie. Because I know the rules of the road, I know if I had hit this parked vehicle, I would be my fault. That seems ridiculous. Apparently the people in this house do not know the rules of the road as there have been multiple complaints about this section of road in the past few weeks. This exact car was in the spot and reported last weekend. Could you please, please consider putting up signage that states "No parking allowed"? I ask this in the interest of the safety of all of us who live in this neighborhood and regularly take this turn onto Wylie.
Thank you.

South high school again has all kinds of business advertisements posted. The other campuses do not do this, why is this particular school in Bloomington exempt from regulations? Please address this.

My landlord chose to “defer” maintenance regarding a problem noted on an inspection for one of the units in my apartment building. This led to catastrophic consequences, the smell was terrible. I understand my neighbors belongings were almost completely all destroyed when the hot water heater/ac malfunctioned. Once we were aware of the problem, renaissance rentals refused to address the problem after we asked multiple times. The smell was overwhelming, eventually they finally came to deal with the problem. But, it still smells terrible and we are pretty sure it is full of garbage. We have asked for a reduction in our rent to compensate for the stench, and our requests were met with silence, they simply don’t care. Please send someone to inspect the building and hopefully force them to address the smell. I am sure you deal with countless complaints regarding this company, they should have fixed the problem when the inspection made them aware of it, I assume that is the point of inspections.
Please send someone to inspect not just that apartment, (4) but all of them in our building. Given the fact they were aware of this issue and chose to defer fixing it, leading to all of us in the building having to deal with an incredibly bad smell, which they still refuse to address. Our worry is they chose to defer maintenance for other known problems as well. Bloomington should really think if they want a company who operates in this fashion operating in Bloomington. This is a problem that should not have happened, certainly once we all asked for help they should have sent someone to address the problem, they still have not effectively done so. I sincerely hope you send someone to address this, it’s simply not fair. Just to be clear, the address is 1820 s Huntington gardens, apartment 4 is the apartment that the deferred maintenance resulted in it being destroyed. If you have any questions virtually everyone in the building is aware of the problem, so you can really ask anyone. Thank you.

Construction has blocked the only entrance and exit to our apartment building. The sidewalk is closed, and there is currently no clearly safe pedestrian route to enter/exit the building. Residents have to navigate this uneven gravel/construction area immediately adjacent to an excavation site with a significant drop-off and exposed stakes/rods. This condition has been left for residents to deal with- the construction crew has been gone for hours, and since it's now almost 6 pm I'm guessing they aren't returning tonight. There is no other entrance or exit to the building for two of the four residents.
Could you please confirm what temporary pedestrian access is intended for residents and when safe access to the building entrance will be restored?

Hi - there is a massively overgrown yard at this location and the weeds are blocking full access to the sidewalk. To make matters more challenging, the weeds have burrs on them that have hurt our dog. Thank you for your help!
