Mrs. Pietsch called to complaing regarding the inappropriate time that private haulers pick up dumpsters around her residence. Her sleep is disturbed on a daily basis and its hard for her to get back to sleep.

Complaintant states that the problem is at an interection and he didn't know the exacy address. It is at the intersection of E. 5th St. and N. Clark St. there are trees blocking the N. view for buses that drive this area. They can not see oncoming traffic because of these trees.
Grass is at least 2ft tall.

My next-door neighbors moved out (college students) and a one-way traffic sign appeared in my driveway. I put it out of the way so we could enter and leave. It is too large to put in my car to bring it to you - yes, it has its post - so, could you please come and get it? Thank you so much!
