There is a slope behind her house which borders a drainageway and Bryan Park. Invasive weeds are overgrown along this slope. Citizen was told by Planning Dept that this area is city property and should be maintained by city. She would like the weeds taken care of and for someone to call her one way or the other.
MISSED PICK-UP/TRASH/ NO NOTICES WERE LEFT, PICKED UP NEIGHBORS TRASH.
MISSED PICK-UP/RECYCLING:
Carter stated that there is an easement that runs between her house and 1170 E. Benson Ct. The water is suppose to flow in this easement but it has not been able hold the capacity the last few rains. She realizes that we have had heavy rains, but she is wondering if there is something wrong that it is now not able to handle the flow. She has thought about possibly doing some excavation work to help alleviate some of the water runoff.
See attached copy of e-mail. Since the completion of the south end of Clarizz Blvd., at the entrance to University Commons, the surface drainage onto the north side of Moores Pike has steadily increased.
