Courtesy Pick up. Yard waste not picked up last week due to being too heavy. RB went to pick up as a courtesy and resident had not fixed the issue. Resident called in yesterday and stated she had fixed the issue and wanted the waste picked up. RB picked up 5/17/11.

Courtesy Pick up. 944 was out today and left a notice for non collection due to the items being too heavy. Resident called and I advised him that we would be willing to pick up the yard waste as a courtesy if he would remove the waste from the tarp and place it in suitable containers. 944 called when he went out to pick up the items and stated that the resident had not made any changes to the yard waste. I advised 944 that they did not need to pick the waste up at that time. rlp.
