Courtesy Pick up. Roy went out to p/u after resident stated that her yard waste was missed. Roy noted that she keeps her yard waste by her back door, there was no way he would have been able to see it to pick it up. rlp

I explained that last week was actually his yard waste week and that we would only be picking yard waste up every other week at this time. Roy went out and picked up missed yard waste from last week. rlp.
