Not sure what happened this week but recycles were left all over infront of the house. Everything fit in the can appropriately when they were put out last night.

There seems to be some kind of leak or broken pipe coming from the address I have listed. It’s been leaking like this since the beginning of the year. It runs off into the drainage, but once it freezes outside this could be a hazard for drivers and people walking in this area. I would know, I nearly slipped and fell several times on it in February. We would appreciate it if someone could come out and look at it.
Used care repair business still going on. Cars being delivered and picked up on a regular basis, several mechanics working on cars until late at night, continues. Apparently this has been an issue that the city keeps “resolving” but nothing is changing. What is going on? why is this being allowed to continue for years. From the records, this house has had several complaints that the city resolves but remains unchanged. This individual used the street and parking spaces for his own private used care business. Property Taxes are way too high for this to be happening. The person in charge of these complaints is not doing his/her job at all.
What is going on at the City owned property on S. Walnut Street by the public safety training center that large equipment is running at 8:47pm? Last night they were going after 9pm. Why is the City operating heavy equipment at these late hours?
Street light is out
There is a large amount of sand and gravel at the base of Olive St, where it meets Hillside (1200 E Hillside). It is a danger for cyclists.
Staled vehicles for months disturbing traffic on the street.
theres weeds and a small treegrowing out of the curb in front of bloomington hardware on the corner of college mall road and covenanter.
Second night in a row (as well as other nights in the past week) where a jackhammer and other loud equipment is being used past 10:00 pm less than 100 feet from residential housing. Filed a report this morning after this occurred around 2:45 am and was told it was a "one-time occurrence" and would be addressed.
Enormous tree with predominantly dead limbs is a hazard to those of us walking past on a regular basis. The owner needs to remove this ongoing threat.
