I live on the corner of Jamie Lane and Benson Court with a 4 way stop and people do not respect the stop sign and fly through this is an ongoing issue I am concerned about the children in this area I believe police should monitor this intersection more often to avoid accidents and create more awareness, Thank you.

There is quite a bit of vegetation growth out into Clear Creek trail at many locations. This is a problem for cyclists who can be hit in the face if they are unseen. Perhaps it can be trimmed by the grass cutting crew.
I wanted to reach out about the truck traffic and early morning activity at Foundation Building Materials on Country Club Drive. The business has been there for a long time, and I understand that some level of noise and truck traffic comes with being near a commercial property. Recently, though, the early morning activity seems to have become much louder. Trucks appear to be arriving and unloading around 5:00 a.m., and the noise from backing alarms, materials being unloaded, and heavy equipment carries into the surrounding neighborhood. I've also noticed that trucks regularly use the two entrances through Broadview in addition to the main entrance on Country Club Drive. I wasn't sure if that is how the property was intended to operate, so I was hoping someone could look into it. Would it be possible to review the approved site plan and confirm whether the current truck traffic patterns and early morning operations are consistent with the property's approvals and any applicable traffic and noise regulations? I'm hoping the City can review the situation and determine whether there are ways to reduce the impact on the surrounding residential neighborhood, especially during the early morning hours. While repairing the road and storm water drainage issue. The city workers damaged this curb with the excavator they were using. They came back and repaired other damage to curbs, but did not repair this damage.
I live next to the Winslow Woods Tree Conservancy and have noticed that there is a very large poplar near the entrance of the trail to the wooded area that is dying. The leaves are turning yellow/brown and falling off. The tree looked healthy until just recently. If it were to fall, it could be very damaging to other trees around it and depending on the direction of its fall, could be damaging to our property. I would love if it would be possible to add a streetlight near the front of 925 E Hunter. It is very dark especially when walking at night.
This house was recently bought by Malibu Sober living. They keep filling a trailer with appliances and other trash and just moving it to different spots in the neighborhood. Its blocking part of the sidewalk
Contractors have broken biking/walking path and track mud over the area using S. Sara Rd. as a construction entrance. Approved plan? Permits? Covering cost of damage to city property?
