I have contacted the water department and asked to speak with manager to no avail. I have only ever contacted the water dept. by phone. Never was told services had to be shut off via a form. I left Bloomington and the address 7/1, but billed until October. Someone was able to imitate services at the address without me being contacted. I'd like to discuss this with someone that can assist.
Meter number 88431501 is an irrigation meter that has been off since Oct. I have called on this meter before and it still shows daily usage. Can someone check it again to see why I am still showing water usage?
Courtyard Bloomington room 203 bathtub is leaking 100 gallons per day and they aren't fixing it.

Edie has been extremely helpful whenever I have approached her with a query. She is a truly phenomenal person who is dedicated to her job. She always goes above and beyond to assist over the years whenever we had a question. We thank her for her efforts and highly recommend her seniors to recognize Edie too for her outstanding work. My utility bill is almost $200 a month. I have had a Plumber make adjustments to toilets to ensure none are malfunctioning. I’m wondering if there is a leak somewhere. Could you tell me if you can help assess this? Thanks
