Grass is waist high; dog tied up (approx. 5' chain) on the porch; small boy (approx. 3yrs. old) goes out and plays in the yard.....dog feces, snakes, insects,etc....

The tenant phoned to file a complaint that his grass needs to be mowed. The landlord is responsible for mowing the grass and it is at least a foot high on the side and back of the property.
The grass in the backyard is waist high in some spots. Caller described it as a "jungle".
Poison ivy growing behind the house, next to the alley on the north side of the property; burdock growing close to the back door; poke growing near the garage. The garage is leaning and has holes in the siding allowing animals to enter.
