The alley to access this property is overgrown and causing damage to cars trying to access this property.
This property has trees that encroach on both the sidewalk and road on both the Camby Lane and the Abby Lane sides of the property. The owner has been asked multiple times to trim the trees and bushes to allow safe and unimpeded use of the sidewalk and road by pedestrians and vehicles.

The neighbors also fly through the stop signs there.

This makes it impossible to turn onto Grimes from Woodlawn until they have moved on, leading to difficult and unpredictable traffic situations. Would it be possible to put a center line here on Grimes, just for the intersection and the approach to it? To encourage drivers on Grimes to be in their lane when they stop at the intersection.
