Empty since July; trash all over. Water message on door notes water usage went from 1,000 gal to 8,000 gal.
Ms. Cobine stated that her neighbor's property that adjoins the back of her property has a very large brush pile measuring 7 feet high and 25 feet long. She also states that skunks and rats have made this pile their home.
There are several bags of paper sacks and trash cans left out by the curb.
Neighbor called says that the tenants at this property have left the trash out for several weeks. They do not put stickers on it and it just sits there and piles up. Some of the trash has been spread over the yard.
Sanitation has left 5 notices re trash not being used. Residents left trash in the road again and it was hit by a car at 3rd & Mitchell. Residents may be stock piling trash around the house.
Ms Fields said that the residents living in 1419 W. Allen throw their trash over the balconey. Their trash has blown in Ms Fields yard.
Caller said there is 7 bags of trash beside the porch (have to get out of the car) at the duplex (brick front and concrete drive) on South Madison Street; going south; before Wilson St.
The neighbor states that there is approximately 3 pickup loads of trash in the backyard. There are several car/truck tires in the back. The resident is always working on cars/trucks and when the wind blows the gas fumes come into the neighbor's house. The backyard is almost like a junkyard.
the yard is very littered the shrubs along the south side of the lot have caught alot of litter.
