Garbage piled up on south side of the house along the alley. They have not all moved out for the summer - lights on at night - so there is someone around who could be setting out the trash.
See case #188527. Garbage still piled up against house. Tenants do not seem to care about warnings or small fines. Can the fines be associated with their water bill so that it gets turned off if they do not pay?
Garbage piled up inside recycling bins and on the ground, has been sitting against the south side of the house for almost a year. Not the first time this has happened at this address.

Side walk is uneven. I fell just walking on the sidewalk because of the sidewalk . I learned my son and 2 roommates tripped earlier. I reported it to an employee and he said he has tripped but it’s a city issue. I am 60 years old and feel fortunate I was able to quickly put my hands down so I did not land on my face.
