Westside of 215 9th St. - is an old alley that needs repaired or closed down, we are having people park in the yards of 215 & 221 9th Street to make repairs to neighboring houses because the alley is not functional

Park Mobile mischarged me and I want you to be aware that they are not providing a refund. There was a problem with the app and I contacted them at the time.
