Snow on sidewalk
Snow on sidewalk
Identical issue to cases 171211, 181052, and 192902. Retaining wall is collapsing on the NW corner of lot at the intersection of Lincoln and the alley north of the property. Large stone is *again* blocking the sidewalk. This has become an annual problem. Property owner should request services of an actual mason to fix the issue once and for all.
Big pieces of stone wall lying on the sidewalk along Lincoln.
Water heater turned off Feb. 7th, believes there to be a problem with the heater. Turned on at her request today (March 08) but nothing done. Fears heater not functioning properly.
Subscriber tried to take advantage of limited time low cost installation offer. Waiting for check to either buy TV or card that allows use of computer monitor as TV. TCI would not install because he doesn't have a TV. Says they should have portable monitor or signal tester so that he can do install while special offer is on. Also says CSR wouldn't give him local franch. authority # and gave wrong FCC #. CSRs should have correct # for FCC, local franch. auth. & corporate and be more helpful
Residents of Apt K6 in Meadow Park Apartments have 2 small dogs. In response to their barking they have been seen kicking at their cage and grabbing them hard enough to cause them to yelp painfully. I hate to think what happens behind closed doors. In addition, I think they force the dogs to use the bathroom in their cage, as multiple bags of dog poop have been piled outside their front door.
Maroon truck with flat tire parked in front of a gray fire hydrant. Has been there for awhile.
My apartment X32 has flooded 4x since April 2024, with the last time being on December 16, 2024. After the 3rd time it flooded on May 15, 2024, they informed me that a drain pipe was leaking directly into my apartment and placed a plastic pipe to extend the drainage. However, this was not a permanent fit and it flooded again. On December 17, 2024 I went into the leasing office and asked to relocated by the end of January. They stated they could not accommodate this and someone would reach out to me later in the week. No one did. I left a message on January 1st and they called me back on January 2nd. I informed my apartment that a mold test kit tested positive for mold in an air test of the bedroom as well as a swab test for under part of my living room and bedroom baseboards. I was informed mold was everywhere and in order to leave the unit I would have to find another tenant to sub lease it or pay 3 months rent for a buy out. I don't believe these conditions are safe for me in the long term and they are refusing to provide a permanent fix to the issue. Their current fix is to place another plastic drain pipe, which was only a fix from May to December.
A couple of weeks ago a tree/lanscaping company cut down a large tree between Meadow Park Apartments and 610 Flats on N. Smith Road; however, they never returned to clean up the pieces. I would apprecaite the tree actually being removed (and used for mulch or the like). Thank you.
